University staff review every application — identity, fit with co-op values, and safeguarding.
3 · Escrowed funding
Approved budgets are prepaid into an escrowed pool. Rewards can only draw from funded pools.
4 · Sponsor portal
You get a provisioned sponsor account: fund tracks, post challenges (moderated), verify credentials.
Apply to partner
Reviewed by university staff, typically within 5 working days. Partners never see raw student data — credential checks are consent-based and privacy-preserving.
